RESIDENTIAL SERVICE GUARANTEE POLICY

We offer a guarantee on all our works. We use industry leading pesticides and ensure building materials and methods used provide a robust and long lasting stop to pests. Many other pest control companies don't offer guarantees for their services and some only guarantee their service whilst the treatment program is active; that is not really long enough to make sure the pest is really gone. As long as we can carry out the recommended service and or treatment, we provide a guarantee.

MICE, RATS AND SQUIRRELS

We eradicate rodent activity when our recommended treatment is carried out.
Our guarantee is for 3 months from start of treatment on all proofing works if the recommended works and services are purchased. Proofing must be purchased as this stops rodents gaining entry in the future. Should no proofing be purchased then our guarantee is for 1 month.
We also have a monitoring package that will cover you for 1 year.
 
3 MONTH GUARANTEE PERIOD
REDUCTION OF SIGHTINGS OR DAMAGE BY RODENTS GUARANTEED
FREE TREATMENT WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD SHOULD RODENT ISSUES RESURFACE IN TREATED AREAS.

INSECTS - NON PARASITIC

We eradicate insect activity when the recommended treatment is carried out.
This includes customers carrying out recommended tasks after treatment; these are laid out in our visit reports. Standard guarantees are valid for 3 months from start of treatment with a 1 year guarantee available should a monitoring package be purchased. The monitoring package covers you against ALL insect activity over a 1 year period.
